Bailey M. Bauernfeind, Esq.
Bailey (Michener) Bauernfeind is a Hoosier turned Virginian. She was born and raised in Indiana, but the Commonwealth (and her now husband) stole her heart when she moved to Virginia to attend law school.
Bailey received her B.S. from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and her J.D. from Regent University School of Law where she served as the President of the Student Bar Association, Graduate Assistant for the Dean, and Member of the Trial Advocacy Board. Prior to joining Coleman & Coleman, PLC in 2019, Bailey worked as an associate attorney at a boutique law firm in Richmond where she practiced civil litigation, focusing primarily on product liability defense.
Bailey is actively involved in the community. She is currently serving as Chair of the Virginia State Bar Young Lawyers Conference Children & the Law Commission and is the Vice President of Fund Development for the Junior League of Norfolk/Virginia Beach.
In her free time, Bailey enjoys golfing, spending time at the beach, and watching her favorite sports teams (go Hoosiers!). She resides in Virginia Beach with her husband, David, and attends Trinity Church.
